During the mapping commission on the 10th of December of 2019, a suggestion that arises is that the members of the commission brainstorm about the processes of decision making (including people's participation and contributions). Here you find a collaborative document in an open link to a pad in order to write ideas that commission members have to facilitate organizational processes:

I have added three proposals that aspire to capture the current ways of working, plus an enriched version decidedly focussing on working in the open.
1) collaborative free flow

3) instantiated web flow

Lacks important information that I cannot add because of my lack of information, such as:
Who has access to the information coming from FSMET how and at what frequency is this information reported to the group.
Who is in the mapping comission, who can come it would be good to keep a list of participants and to organize a welcoming procedure for new ones, including explaining them our organisation, and maybe setup a bit of inclusion period before new members can effectively take decisions.
What is our agency as mapping commission in the FSMET process: What physical means do we have access to (meeting rooms, schedule possibility, material (pencils chairs projectors communication means)), what is the procedure to access those means and to ask for different ones if needed.

Decisions:
It would be good to have clear information about who is responsible for the implementation of the decisions from the mapping commission in the FSMET event.
We need a clear process about how we take decision, that we can communicate ahead of time to newcomers:
1- Announce a the topic of the discussion here on the platform, by presenting the problem and the pro and counter arguments that one can think of.
2- Members of the mapping commission can discuss the topic ahead of the meeting by using the platform and eventually reach to a possible proposition.
a- there is agreement upon a proposition, it can be voted here and then consensually validated during the Voip meting.
b- There is no agreement but several possibilities, each possibility can be presented as a topic here then be voted and we take a final decision consensually during Voip meeting
c- There is no satisfying proposition only disagreement, maybe we should look at the problem again and formulate it differently.
